Refund Terms and Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the first session of service has been rendered. This is to give you enough time to see if the service fits you.
If you deem that the chosen service doesn't fit, you can switch to another program and just add if the balance is not enough or if the balance is bigger, we will return the extra amount.
- Refunds are only accepted if the following requirements are met:
B.1.
That all the templates and materials have been used after the 1st call. We will ask for your output and work done.
B.2.
That all the advice and the work needed to be done was actually done. We will have templates for reflection and updates so this will thoroughly be checked.
- Your refund will not be processed and accepted if you fail to meet the requirements set forth in paragraph B.
- AskDrAnnikka, and any of our staff, are not responsible for explaining why your refund's not approved. Since we are selling services and not products, we will only base our decisions on the work/s you have actually done. We have been in this service long enough to know if you really did the work or not. Please refer to paragraph C to see why your refund request may not be processed.
